  • Nicole Manriquez

    FITNESS TRAINER

    Nicole, a Greenville native, made a career of moving her body. She is a Columbia College graduate with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. She was a professional dancer and performed in theater shows along the east coast. After years of performing and then starting a family she found her way to pilates and yoga expanding her knowledge of physical fitness.

    Nicole is a certified Balanced Body pilates instructor, a registered Yoga Alliance YRT yoga instructor and a certified group fitness instructor. She has taught dance and a variety of group fitness classes for over 20 years and is passionate about health and wellness, the mind and body connection. Whether its cardio, strength training or "contrology" Nicole will find a way to share her " love" of movement with all.

    FITNESS TRAINER

    Christy grew up taking dance lessons and continued classes at College of Charleston. There, she fell in love with Pilates. After graduating, she moved to Greenville and began teaching fifth grade As a gym member, Christy began taking Pilates mat and Reformer classes from Suzanne and Nicole. Being a stay-at-home mom led to Christy becoming certified in teaching Pilates and Barre classes in 2018. In 2020, she started teaching Reformer classes after completing Balanced Body training.
